An opportunity has arisen for a new full-time telesales representative at a growing medical and care products supplier in Redruth, Cornwall. The successful applicant will need to be pro-active, enthusiastic and above all customer and sales focused. This is a unique opportunity, best suited to a passionate and sales driven professional. Your daily tasks will include proactively seeking opportunities to build the Gloveman brand, via multiple sales activities including reaching out to new, previous and existing customers by phone, email etc.

• Prior experience within a targeted sales role is essential.
• Previous proactive sales experience in an outbound call centre or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of how to achieve sales targets, KPI’s.
• Industry experience is desirable but not essential as In-house training will be provided.
• Flexible with a positive attitude.

A basic salary of £19,750 plus commission (OTE £25,750).

The interview process will be held remotely via Zoom and the role will initially be via remote working and then in a COVID secure office environment in the future.
