Dina Colman
Dina Colman, MBA, MA, is a consultant, writer, and educator of health and wellness. She founded Four Quadrant Living in 2010 to inspire others to insist on health in their lives. Four Quadrant Living is about nourishing the four areas of our lives—mind, body, relationships, and environment—to move toward a life of health and wellness. We create health in our lives by being mindful of the food we eat, listening to our bodies when we need rest, actively managing our relationships, and living in harmony with the environment.
Dina believes we have the power to create our own lives—and her life is no exception. For as long as Dina can remember, she was living for the future. In high school, she worked hard to get into a top liberal arts college. In college, it was about landing the prestige job. After that, the focus was on getting into a highly ranked business school. For ten years after graduating with her Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Dina worked in the high-tech corporate world as a marketing and business strategy consultant.
After finally admitting to herself what she had known all along—that the corporate world was not fulfilling her soul—she left to pursue her interest in health and wellness. She went back to school to get her Masters in Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University. Dina has reclaimed her life and is living in the present. She enjoys working with others to help them do the same. Dina lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and has a private practice, nudging clients toward an integral life of health and wellness. Nina Venturella
Nina Venturella has been a nutritionist, instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. In her career, she struggled with clients improving, but not resolving core health issues. Realizing that she could achieve greater results, not only by putting “good stuff in” but at the same time “getting bad stuff out”, Nina began her studies in detoxification.
With a focus on the lymphatic system, the primary location where toxins are stored in the body, Nina has been given a unique gift called X’tract (X-cancel, T-Toxic R-Release A-Accelerated C-Cellular T-Transformation). This signature gift is believed to have such a strong anointing on it that everyone who receives a treatment with this process experiences amazing miraculous results. She is currently looking to publish her first nonfiction book, Unveiled Truth, revealing how cleansing is achieved in the mind, body and soul, as well as explaining root causes of sickness and disease.
Nina has her Teaching Certificate and her primary goal is to educate the body of Christ on how crucial it is to cleanse and get to the root causes. Understanding God’s Word is the final authority, by ridding the body of soul wounds and breaking all soul ties, optimal health will be achieved. Nina is determined to preach the message God has given to her over 25 years ago, through public speaking, teaching, writing and promoting through various avenues of the media.
Nina was recently called to invade the media, and is pursuing her first Christian screen play. She has plans to open up Kingdom Wellness Centers (Heaven’s Door) that promote healing of the soul: emotional, physical and spiritual wounds; with the understanding one will not work without the other.

Carol Kavanagh
I am a 56 year old, single mother of two, now grown up children. Who are now living away from home most of the time. I moved to Cornwall from the Midlands 30 years ago when I began a journey of self-discovery. I have been working a substance misuse therapist for the last 16 years and have sort and received training in therapeutic interventions that explain and help with the healing of unproductive patterns of behaviour. During that time I have made it my duty to discover how addictive patterns are formed in the mind and I have learned ways to connect the conscious, subconscious mind and body so that change can become more permanent.
This became apparent for me when I began to notice how I would suffer different degrees of arthritis pain depending on my environment and emotional state. This lead me to notice that the times when I was particularly vulnerable to pain I would be feeling a sense of loneliness or I would have feeling that I was about to be abandoned by someone close to me. Naively my body would produce more paid in the hope that I wouldn’t be left or have to suffer the feelings of abandonment I felt as a child. The more I looked into what my pain was doing for me the more I began to understand that emotional issues could also cause other people to suffer in different ways even life threatening diseases because of the unexpressed emotions that have become stored in their bodies.
